Finance Director, Global FP&A Overheads
Karol is a seasoned financial leader with 20 years of international experience in financial planning, analysis, controlling and project management.
As the Global FP&A Overheads Director at Mondelez International, Karol leads the planning and reporting processes, driving cost efficiencies and operational excellence.
Previously, he served as the Financial Controller/Accounting & External Reporting Lead for Southern Central & Eastern Africa, where he managed finance operations across multiple legal entities and achieved best-in-class reporting standards.
With a proven record across the US, Europe, and Africa, Karol has successfully led geographically and culturally diverse teams and managed large-scale business transformations, restructuring, stabilization, and system implementations, earning multiple awards.
Karol earned the CIMA/CGMA designation in 2012 and holds dual Master’s degrees: one in Finance & Banking from Warsaw School of Economics (2008) and another in Economics from the University of Radom (2005). He also has a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago (2006).
Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, traveling and exploring new cultures.
